Purpose
Accessibility and personal preferences are handled as part of standard
Verolex service. Participants may request adjustments to clarity, pacing,
presentation, interaction, or input method without being required to
disclose a diagnosis, disability, or other medical information.
How Communicators adapt
Verolex Communicators can adjust presentation and interaction style within
the capabilities and governance rules of the applicable Communicator.
For example, if you request “step-by-step,” the Communicator may:
- Present one question or action at a time
- Confirm an important response before continuing
- Provide the next applicable action without unnecessary additional material
A presentation preference changes how information is communicated.
It does not change verification, authorization, access, eligibility,
or other governance requirements.
