Employer Service & Communicator Directory

This page explains how Verolex organizes employer hiring service through governed routing by objective, stage, readiness, service, workflow, record, and Communicator.

Employers may enter Verolex at different points. Some are still defining whether and how to hire. Some are structuring a role or evaluating criteria. Some are comparing candidates or preparing interviews. Others are already active and require governed execution. Not every employer uses every stage or service.

Purpose

Verolex does not treat hiring as a loose collection of job postings, résumés, chatbots, or disconnected tools. It organizes employer service through governed routing, structured records, stage-aware support, specialized Communicators where needed, and controlled execution.

A separate Communicator is used only when a function requires distinct expertise, workflow, information, authority, verification, authorization, or a governed result. Subject matter alone does not require a separate chatbot.

Stage Model

Employer hiring service may be organized around the following stages:

  • Stage 0 — Orientation and understanding
  • Stage 1 — Positioning the hiring need
  • Stage 2 — Criteria and role structure
  • Stage 3 — Targeting and market alignment
  • Stage 4 — Listings, authorized outreach, and intake flow
  • Stage 5 — Interviews and evaluation
  • Stage 6 — Offer, decision, and process review
  • Stage 7 — Ongoing pipeline and hiring management

The stage model is not a required linear sequence. An employer may enter at the point relevant to the current hiring objective and may move between stages as information, readiness, or circumstances change.

VSS — Structure and Routing

VSS is the broad Verolex guidance and routing layer. It may explain Verolex, answer general questions, help clarify the employer's objective, identify the relevant stage, and direct the employer to the appropriate service, workflow, record, or specialized Communicator.

VSS does not require a separate specialist for every hiring topic. Where the work can be handled through explanation, navigation, or an existing governed workflow, VSS routes directly to that function.

Specialized Communicators

Specialized Communicators are reserved for functions that require controlled depth, defined inputs, a distinct workflow, or governed authority.

Hiring Coach

The principal employer hiring Communicator. Hiring Coach supports structured role definition, criteria development, hiring-process design, candidate evaluation, process planning, and hiring decisions across applicable stages.

LexAlign

The structured alignment function used to compare employer criteria, position requirements, candidate attributes, experience, preferences, and other approved factors. LexAlign may support comparison, gap identification, confidence assessment, and governed alignment results.

Interview Communicator

Supports governed interview preparation, interview execution, structured questioning, response review, evaluation, and related interview records where the applicable workflow requires a dedicated interview function.

File Communicator

Handles approved files and materials within the applicable Verolex workflow, including position records, résumés, candidate materials, interview materials, employer records, and governed file handling.

Verification Communicator

Performs or supports defined verification steps where information, credentials, records, role requirements, candidate information, or other material must be reviewed before the applicable process may continue.

Authorization Communicator

Supports the controlled authorization stage where the employer or another authorized reviewer determines whether specified information, outreach, disclosure, candidate movement, listing, submission, or result may move forward.

Authorized Result Communicator

Presents or explains a result only after the applicable preparation, verification, review, and authorization requirements have been satisfied.

Services, Records & Workflows

The following may be important employer services or functions without requiring their own separate chatbot identity.

Position Records
Structured definition of the hiring need, position, responsibilities, qualifications, criteria, compensation posture, and related employer inputs.
Criteria & Hiring Analysis
Priorities, experience requirements, market position, compensation, structural fit, evaluation factors, and hiring considerations.
Alignment Charts & Comparisons
Visual or structured presentations of LexAlign analysis rather than separate Communicators.
Listings, Alerts & Intake
Position listings, saved criteria, candidate alerts, alignment notices, intake flow, and related hiring-management functions.
Configuration & Setup
Account, access, employer profile, upload, preference, alert, and workflow configuration handled through the appropriate setup or support process.

What Verolex Offers Employers

Verolex provides a governed employer hiring environment rather than a passive posting site or unstructured recruiter interface.

  • orientation and navigation
  • position and hiring-record preparation
  • criteria and role structuring
  • market, compensation, and target analysis
  • LexAlign candidate and position comparison
  • position listings and alignment alerts
  • governed interview preparation and execution
  • file and document handling
  • verification and authorization controls
  • authorized results
  • ongoing pipeline and hiring management

The purpose is not merely to post positions or display candidates. The purpose is to support hiring through structured information, explainable comparison, governed participation, and controlled action.

Routing Rules

  1. Clarify the employer's immediate objective.
  2. Identify the current stage when stage is relevant.
  3. Route to the appropriate service, workflow, record, or specialized Communicator — not automatically to another chatbot.
  4. Use one primary destination at a time unless a secondary function is actually required.
  5. Preserve privacy, access, verification, and authorization requirements during every handoff.
  6. Do not initiate outreach, disclosure, listing publication, candidate movement, submission, representation, or another outward action without the applicable authority.

Minimum Inputs Before Routing

  • Employer or hiring-organization role sufficiently identified
  • Immediate hiring objective sufficiently clear
  • Current stage identified where relevant
  • Hiring posture identified where relevant to the requested service
  • Enough information to determine the appropriate next service or function

Routing establishes where the work belongs. It does not itself authorize an action or result.

Managed Employer Verolex

Managed Employer Verolex is the governed managed-service environment for employer-side hiring communication, records, review, verification, authorization, and approved results.

An employer may identify requested services and objectives, but selection of a service does not itself activate operations or create authority. Verolex scopes, configures, reviews, verifies, and authorizes the applicable environment before controlled functions or results move forward.

Employer access within Managed Verolex is limited to the information, review, input, approval, or authorization required for the applicable engagement.

Use & Development

This directory is both a service explanation and a developing governance framework. Employer use and feedback may refine stage definitions, service boundaries, routing conditions, Communicator scope, and handoff standards over time.

The objective is not to increase the number of Communicators. The objective is to use the smallest number of clearly defined functions necessary to provide structured, understandable, and governed employer service.
