This page explains how Verolex organizes attorney career service through governed routing by objective, stage, readiness, service, workflow, record, and Communicator.
Attorneys may enter Verolex at different points. Some are exploring whether to move. Some are defining criteria or improving professional materials. Some are evaluating a specific opportunity. Others are already active and require governed execution. Not every attorney uses every stage or service.

Verolex does not treat attorney movement as a loose collection of job listings, résumés, chatbots, or disconnected tools. It organizes attorney service through governed routing, structured records, stage-aware support, specialized Communicators where needed, and controlled execution.
A separate Communicator is used only when a function requires distinct expertise, workflow, information, authority, verification, authorization, or a governed result. Subject matter alone does not require a separate chatbot.
Attorney service may be organized around the following stages:
The stage model is not a required linear sequence. An attorney may enter at the point relevant to the current objective and may move between stages as information, readiness, or circumstances change.
VSS is the broad Verolex guidance and routing layer. It may explain Verolex, answer general questions, help clarify an attorney's objective, identify the relevant stage, and direct the attorney to the appropriate service, workflow, record, or specialized Communicator.
VSS does not require a separate specialist for every topic. Where the work can be handled through explanation, navigation, or an existing governed workflow, VSS routes directly to that function.
Specialized Communicators are reserved for functions that require controlled depth, defined inputs, a distinct workflow, or governed authority.
The principal attorney lateral and career-movement Communicator. Placement Coach supports structured positioning, criteria development, opportunity assessment, process planning, and career-movement decisions across applicable stages.
The structured alignment function used to compare attorney criteria, professional attributes, positions, employers, opportunities, and other approved factors. LexAlign may support comparison, gap identification, confidence assessment, and governed alignment results.
Supports governed interview preparation, interview execution, structured questioning, response review, evaluation, and related interview records where the applicable workflow requires a dedicated interview function.
Handles approved files and materials within the applicable Verolex workflow, including résumé materials, professional records, position materials, document review, and governed file handling.
Performs or supports defined verification steps where information, credentials, records, conditions, or other material must be reviewed before the applicable process may continue.
Supports the controlled authorization stage where a participant or authorized reviewer determines whether specified information, action, disclosure, outreach, or result may move forward.
Presents or explains a result only after the applicable preparation, verification, review, and authorization requirements have been satisfied.
The following may be important attorney services or functions without requiring their own separate chatbot identity.
Verolex provides a governed attorney career and employment environment rather than a passive job board or unstructured recruiter interface.
The purpose is not merely to display jobs or circulate résumés. The purpose is to support attorney movement through structured information, explainable comparison, governed participation, and controlled action.
Routing establishes where the work belongs. It does not itself authorize an action or result.
This directory is both a service explanation and a developing governance framework. Attorney use and feedback may refine stage definitions, service boundaries, routing conditions, Communicator scope, and handoff standards over time.
The objective is not to increase the number of Communicators. The objective is to use the smallest number of clearly defined functions necessary to provide structured, understandable, and governed attorney service.
