Guided Verolex Setup

Structured setup guidance for participants preparing a Verolex pathway, artifact, record, Communicator, Engagement Pass, or managed-service request.

Purpose

Guided Verolex Setup helps participants understand what information, source materials, configuration choices, and governance steps may be needed before a Verolex pathway can proceed.

Setup guidance supports preparation. It does not complete setup, authorize deployment, approve publication, or create operational authority.

Setup Guidance May Include

  • Identifying the applicable Verolex pathway
  • Preparing required source materials
  • Clarifying participant responsibilities
  • Reviewing artifact, record, or listing preparation needs
  • Explaining Communicator setup requirements
  • Explaining Engagement Pass requirements
  • Identifying missing information
  • Routing matters to Managed Verolex when guided setup is insufficient
