Verolex™ Orientation

Operational Access

Orientation Access precedes operational access. Orientation introduces the Verolex system, its governance rules, role pathways, privacy boundaries, interpretation tools, and authorization requirements before participants rely on Verolex for active workflows.

Purpose

Operational access is the stage after orientation where a participant may move from learning, interpretation, and evaluation into role-based Verolex activity. That activity may include structured preparation, profile development, position setup, record review, file-context review, interview workflows, alignment analysis, result preparation, or other governed services depending on role, access level, consent, and authorization.

Operational access is not automatic. It depends on the participant’s role, the requested activity, applicable access level, and whether the action requires approval, verification, payment, TimePass, TokenPass, human review, or documented consent.

Orientation and Insight Counsel may help prepare a participant for operational access. Preparation is not authorization.

What Changes After Orientation

During orientation, participants learn how Verolex works. Insight Counsel helps participants interpret questions, file context, result summaries, and governance boundaries before relying on active workflows. After orientation, participants may request or select access to role-based workflows appropriate to their role.

  • Orientation explains the system, rules, pathways, privacy boundaries, and access limits.
  • Guest Profile helps identify participant role, context, and intended Verolex use.
  • Insight Counsel helps frame questions, review file context where available, prepare structured summaries, and preserve governance boundaries before operational reliance.
  • Registration creates the participant’s account and return access route.
  • Role selection identifies whether the participant is acting as an attorney, employer, law school, association, publication, recruiter, or other approved participant type.
  • Operational access allows approved role-based workflows to begin under Verolex governance.
  • Authorization remains required before disclosure, outreach, publication, routing, referral, representation, or final result use.

Operational Pathways

Verolex does not treat every participant the same way. Operational access is organized by role and objective.

Access Requirements

Operational access may require one or more of the following, depending on the pathway:

  • Registered account — required for return access and account-based workflows.
  • Completed orientation steps — required before relying on Verolex for active workflow guidance.
  • Role identification — required so Verolex can route the participant correctly.
  • Insight and record framing — required where the issue needs interpretation, file-context review, structured result framing, or internal review before operational use.
  • Consent and authorization — required before materials, records, outreach, referrals, representation, publication, routing, or results are used beyond private preparation.
  • Access level selection — required where a pathway involves continuing services or expanded capabilities.
  • TimePass or TokenPass — required where voice time, service events, result generation, verification, or execution events are metered separately.

What Remains Governed

Operational access does not remove Verolex safeguards. It activates structured workflows inside those safeguards.

  • No outreach occurs without authorization.
  • No participant materials are disclosed without consent.
  • No résumé, profile, position, interview, file review, or result summary is treated as final merely because it was prepared.
  • Uploads operate only where enabled and only under the applicable page rules.
  • File review does not verify authenticity, approve use, authorize disclosure, or permit external reliance.
  • Structured results do not authorize outreach, referral, representation, publication, submission, disclosure, or external use.
  • Voice access, result generation, verification, and execution may require separate TimePass or TokenPass authorization.
  • Human review remains part of sensitive, consequential, or externally directed activity.

Preparation is not authorization. A file is not authorization. A result is not authorization. Authorization is a separate step.

Access Level Selection

Access levels identify what a participant may use after orientation. The correct level depends on role, intended activity, and whether the participant needs private preparation, governed workflow tools, institutional participation, employer activity, recruiting participation, or development-stage collaboration.

Access levels describe availability. They do not override consent, authorization, verification, TimePass, TokenPass, human review, or pathway-specific rules.

Returning After Registration

Registered participants may return through the login route while orientation and access controls remain active. During the pre-launch period, the maintenance page also includes a quiet login access point for registered participants.

After login, participants should use the Access Homepage to continue orientation, review Insight Counsel where interpretation is needed, select the correct role pathway, and proceed only into workflows appropriate to their access status.
